End User License Agreement (EULA)

Metricum is licensed to you, not sold. Your license to use the app is Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (the "Licensed Application End User License Agreement"), which applies to Metricum in full and without modification.

By downloading, installing, or using Metricum, you agree to that agreement. Under it, the license is granted by us (Natan Rolnik, the "Licensor") and not by Apple; the Licensor is solely responsible for the app, its content, maintenance, support, and any warranty or product claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the agreement.

Terms specific to Metricum

The Apple EULA is a general licensing agreement. Terms that are specific to Metricum, including subscription pricing and renewal, account creation and deletion, and the accuracy of the Google Scholar and PubMed data the app displays, are set out in our Terms of Service. How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions in short

• Metricum is free to download; Metricum Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription (US$7.99 per month or US$69.99 per year).
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renew in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
